This project was one of the first of its type in Salt lake area in Kolkata. The building was designed to be a corporate tower to house offices of various IT companies and other corporate brands. Design Accord designed the interiors of the common areas of the building including the main lobby, lift lobbies of all the floors, the conference rooms and other common facilities.

The proposed design and the final outcome were very close to each other with very modern features and materials being used at that time. Also, the layout of the main lobby was designed keeping in mind the ever increasing visitors, clients and the maintenance of this high traffic zone.
