Inspired by the strict orders of the Dutch architecture and a strong sense of symmetry, the spatial organization of the proposed landscape emerges as a series of rectangular planes strung around the central axis of the space. Water acts as the element of connect between the frontal and rear landscaped gardens. The central water fountain court behaves as the anchoring element that strongly evokes the background theme of Dutch landscape style in its classic flavour.

Two swimming pools form part of the design - a fifty-meter long infinity lap pool with a ledge of glass facing the bay and a family pool in the internal court of the podium, accompanied by a children’s’ pool, sports amenities, jogging loops, fitness garden and a belvedere court. Senior citizen's garden, community recreation and outdoor gathering space are spread all over at the podium level since the ground level is busy with an arcaded retail walk and promenade.
